1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and jeta3 ("jeta3", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jeta3 website available at https://jeta3.net and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing the jeta3 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service provided by jeta3, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the jeta3 platform and must immediately discontinue any access to the site.

jeta3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jeta3 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the jeta3 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically and stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jeta3 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the conditions listed below at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

• You are at least 18 years of age. jeta3 is an adults-only platform and does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any game or promotion.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from the jeta3 platform or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to any active exclusion order from any gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a jeta3 employee or associated partner company.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

jeta3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time — including but not limited to a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. If a player cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, jeta3 will suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and investigate the matter fully. Any winnings generated by an underage player may be forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of jeta3 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the jeta3 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, jeta3 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate any balances at its discretion, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeta3 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account for any reason.
• Any activity conducted via your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. jeta3 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was enabled by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify jeta3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that unauthorised transactions have occurred, or that a third party has accessed your account without permission.
• jeta3 may, at any time and without prior notice, request additional identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documentation before processing withdrawal requests. This may include a Bangladesh NID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jeta3 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the jeta3 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). jeta3 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

Deposits are credited to your jeta3 wallet typically within 1–3 minutes of a successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by jeta3, however your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits — please check with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account for applicable limits.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the jeta3 payments team and are typically completed within 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) if the withdrawal amount meets or exceeds the verification threshold.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the name on your jeta3 account. Third-party payment accounts are not permitted as withdrawal destinations.
• Any active bonus funds or bonus-linked real-money funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• jeta3 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures — including requesting proof of the payment method — before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts.
• jeta3 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, for which jeta3 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jeta3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses for existing members, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools tied to cricket events such as BPL and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified jeta3 account in good standing. Players whose accounts are under investigation, restricted, or self-excluded are not eligible for bonuses.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) — that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• jeta3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been claimed and credited, its terms remain in effect until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus expires.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash outside of wagering requirements, or used in combination with other bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• jeta3 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, engaged in bonus arbitrage, or otherwise used the bonus in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jeta3 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are supplied by reputable, independently certified third-party game providers. These providers include but are not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules published by the game provider.

All casino games on jeta3 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by jeta3 or any player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the game provider and are published in the game information panel accessible from within each game. jeta3 does not alter or override RTP values set by providers.

• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or interrupted game session, jeta3 will use system logs to reconstruct the game state where possible. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's wallet.
• Sports betting odds are set by jeta3's sportsbook data providers and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed.
• jeta3 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a pricing error (a "palpable error"). In such cases, the stake will be returned in full to the player's wallet.
• Collusion between players, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software bugs or errors for financial gain, and any other form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• For live cricket betting markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), bets placed after the in-play event has concluded — including any bets that exploited a data feed delay — will be voided by jeta3 at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable. This list is not exhaustive — jeta3 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing an underage individual to access your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the jeta3 platform or support team.
• Operating more than one player account on jeta3, either personally or in coordination with another person.
• Using the jeta3 platform in connection with any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jeta3 platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, crawlers, or any non-human agent to interact with the jeta3 platform in any manner.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, arbitrage between bonus offers, or coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts.
• Placing bets via a third party's account, allowing a third party to place bets via your account, or engaging in any form of chip dumping in poker or other skill-based game formats.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards jeta3 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the jeta3 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

jeta3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — if it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected, or that it is necessary to do so in order to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the jeta3 support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance in your wallet (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification.

• Where an account is closed by jeta3 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending a full investigation. If the investigation concludes that a material breach occurred, jeta3 may forfeit the balance in full.
• Self-exclusion requests — whereby a player voluntarily requests to be excluded from the jeta3 platform for a defined period or permanently — are processed immediately upon receipt. During a self-exclusion period, jeta3 will make every reasonable effort to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account.
• If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting [email protected] with full details of your account and the circumstances of the suspension. jeta3 will respond to all appeals within 5 business days.
• jeta3 reserves the right to close the platform, discontinue services, or restrict access to specific regions at any time. In such circumstances, jeta3 will provide reasonable advance notice and ensure that all verified account balances are returned to players.
